After 5 straight titles in Monte Carlo last week, Nadal achieved the same feat in Barcelona to claim his 5th succcessive title there (and 4th title this year)! Read the match review on Nadal's official website.

Here are some photos from the Barcelona final ceremony with the massive trophy. There was a lot of champaign splashing between Ferrer and Rafa, much like the F1 grand prix podium finishes lol!

Rafael Nadal beat Andy Murray in the final of the 2009 BNP Paribas tournament in Indian Wells - an ATP 1000-series event. Andy beat him on the last 3 occasions, so congrats Rafa!

Interesting to see that Kate Walsh was watching this match - so I reckon she's a Rafa fan :P

This happened in December last year, but the photos have just been released today on Rafa's website... Perhaps trying to get one up on Nole, eh? ;)

Like Djokovic did in Dubai, Rafa also got into a flight simulator at Iberia’s control centre in Spain, amongst other things like posing in front of the Airbus A-340!

Rafa played another great match (my gosh, he hit some insane shots in some of the rallies) to take the Australian Open title! This is Rafa's 6th grand slam - and he now has GS titles on all three surfaces (clay, grass and hardcourt). Here are the photos of Rafa celebrating after his victory and posing with the trophy.
